Scott Flanagan is an accomplished executive leader with 16 years of experience driving enterprise-wide transformation across healthcare, logistics, and biotech operations. With deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma, end-to-end supply chain strategy, and scalable project delivery, Scott has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and designing systems that reduce cost and waste. Before joining ProvisionAI, Scott led regulatory-compliant operations and cold chain logistics at Amgen and a large chunk of the Amazon network. In addition to running day-to-day operations, he launched multimillion-dollar, Amazon network-wide cost-saving initiatives. At ProvisionAI, he aligns operations with organizational strategy to translate optimization technology into measurable outcomes for clients.

Terri Bennett Robbins is the Chief Operating Officer of ProvisionAI and one of Global Trade Magazine's 20 Women Reshaping the Future of Logistics. Named an Industry Changemaker in 2024, she has held leadership positions in supply chain for over 30 years. Before ProvisionAI, she served as CIO for Nexus, a national 3PL, where she led multi-million-dollar warehouse expansions and integrated WMS and TMS systems. At ProvisionAI, Terri leads the implementation and support organization — known for solving complex operational problems with logic, analysis, and uncommon clarity.
