One vendor cleverly observed all this robotics and automation, but 95% of companies can’t use it. Given the number of vendors and the lack of clear differentiation, I’d expect fewer vendors in the next year or two. Many are still struggling to offer scalable solutions, which will drive consolidation and a focus on providing tailored, cost-effective innovations to meet the needs of smaller businesses.
